Meet Tim
I shot my first deer when I was five years old, and hunting has been part of my life ever since. About forty years ago, I began processing my own deer because I wanted better quality at a fair price. What started out of necessity quickly became a passion.
I have always believed hunters should know they are receiving meat from their own deer. That is why we process every deer individually, one at a time, and carefully verify that all tags match throughout the process.
For approximately 35 years, I have proudly processed deer for the public. Over Yonder Game Processing is built on honesty, hard work, quality products, and treating every customer’s harvest with the same care I would give my own.
Meet Carol (Boo) & Devin
Carol and Devin Kruszewski were married in 2021. They enjoy hunting together and sharing the experiences that come with it. Whether processing their own deer or a customer’s harvest, they work as a team and bring a little fun to every task.
Carol is Tim’s daughter and has been part of the family business for as long as she can remember. She shot her first deer at age five and has spent more than 20 years working beside Tim, learning the trade, contributing ideas, and continuing to build her skills.
Devin joined the family in 2021 while serving on active duty in the military and was honorably discharged in 2022. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, he was brought up with the same values of family, hard work, and hospitality that guide Over Yonder. He enjoys Texas life, working alongside Carol, and helping provide the honest, friendly service customers can expect from our family.
