A Simple, Carefully Tracked Process
We want every customer to know what to expect from drop-off through pickup. When you arrive, we will review your processing choices, record your order, and carefully match the information to your deer.
Your harvest remains individually tracked and is processed separately. Once your order is finished and vacuum-sealed, we will contact you so you know it is ready for pickup.

Drop Off & Choose
Bring your legally tagged deer to us. We will verify the tag and review your package and specialty-product choices. A $20 skinning fee applies when needed.

Age for Quality
To support quality and flavor, we allow each customer’s deer to age for up to 10 days before processing.

Processed Separately
Your deer remains individually tracked and is processed separately according to your selected package and specialty-product choices.

Vacuum Sealed & Ready
Your finished order is vacuum-sealed for freshness. We will contact you when it is ready for pickup.
Prepare for Drop-Off
A little preparation helps make drop-off quick and simple. Before you arrive, review the items below and bring any information needed for your order.
Bring your deer legally tagged according to current requirements.
Review the three processing packages.
Decide which specialty products and flavors you may want.
Provide your current name and phone number.
Let us know whether skinning is needed.
A $20 skinning fee applies when skinning is needed.
